Our programs are designed to suit the travelling life style and tap into fitness wherever you are. You can be in the comfort of your caravan, local park or hotel room.  The Weighted Wanderer training sessions deliver an intense full body workout in just 30 minutes targeting all muscle groups, enhancing your metabolism to burn more fat. With the idea of a quick 30 minute program, it gives you more time to do what you love and tick off more travel adventures.
